Yungas leaves are very strong but with a sweet taste after taste. The brew numbs very fast and energy rushes between 5 - 10 minutes later.
Brew same as coffe, you can add a sprinkle of lejia to get more alkaloids realized

The fresh taste and smell was really unique you don't find in other teas. Although you can easily sip this delicious tea through the day because it has none of the negative effects of coffee and caffeine you will find that it will benefit you no more than drinking 2 or 3 cups. The only downside is the steep price which isn't too bad once you realize that this tea is more of a health supplement than just another beverage. Great healthy alternative to caffeine. This tea has been consumed responsibly in Latin America for millennia and only now are we starting to realize its great health benefits

Coca flour is a stimulant which revitalizes refreshes the mind and body and energizes, increasing physical stamina and endurance, it is a short lived antidepressant in that it elevates and brightens mood, gives one more motivation to do something, without stronger stimulant's euphoria and possible depressive side effects nor addictive potential..
Coca flour is a nutritional asset, source of vitamins and minerals, and has an action on the metabolism's regulation of carbohydrates.stimulates the digestive processes, and reduces gastrointestinal pain, it also acts against fatigue and altitude, and motion sickness, and, to some extent, relieves physical pain.
Keep in mind that this is a very concentrated powder, the standard tea bag sold in US only has one gram or less depending on the alkaloids percents ( in order to keep the levels of regulated contents under legal marks ) , you only need one small tea spoon to brew 6-8 regular coca tea cups and that is enough to keep you going all days long.
They started regulating how many bags you can buy because the production of high grade powdered coca is very limited and requires a long - tedious process.
When coca flour is exposed to oxygen can easily become compromised. Oxidized coca flour has a distinctive bitter smell and a dull yellowish and even grayish green colour. Fresh flour is bright green or amber-green the airtight bags keep the product fresh, by quality policy, the McMate flour is between 5 - 20 days old when it reaches the customer, older flour is sent back to South America for local markets. This tea arrived precisely on time using expedited shipping. I find it to be an excellent stimulant and cleanser for the entire gastro-intestinal system. Easy to brew and for me preferrable to coffee for maintaining alertness and concentration. Will order again

I can attest that my blood pressure is now much lower, my mood is improved and, this is indeed helpful for anxiety. The powdered tea requires a paper filter in a pot or, in a coffee press. I would only suggest that you first order McMate 100ct tea bags which, are especially tasty!
